TRAIN LIKE A DANCER

 

Angie's barre classes use the American Barre Technique®, incorporating light weight training with a dynamic warm up to engage core muscles in the body, followed by a toning session. Both fluid balletic movements and sharp staccato actions are made to trigger deep muscles. You will increase your flexibility by continuing this training program, while also finding inner strength. 

TRAINING BY A DANCER

 

Following a routine- like class guided by a trained ballet dancer will make you feel like a dancer. Utilizing the same muscles and structural positions as one does in ballet, you will develop a "dancer's body."
