What to cut: Proteins, Fats, or Carbs?

Which one of the following should you cut out of your diet when trying to lose the pounds:

a. Proteins

b. Fat

c. Carbs

Answer: NONE of the above!

The biggest mistake you could make when dieting is cutting out any one of these 3 food groups. The first step towards weight loss learning the proper balance in proteins, fat, and carbohydrates. Understanding healthy and heart-healthy proteins, fats, and carbohydrates is the second step towards weight loss. The third and final step of weight loss is applying the knowledge to your actions and seeing the pounds come off, which is the most rewarding part! Being able to eat the foods that are great for you, and that are also magically assisting you in losing weight will make you glow from the inside out!
