The "Easy Green" Smoothie


Smoothies can be a stress-free way of adding veggies and fruit to your diet and lifestyle. Most people add bottled and packaged fruit juice or flavored yogurts that do taste great, but from all the wrong ingredients. Packaged and bottled fruit juices, along with flavored yogurts, are packed with processed sugar, making your healthy conscious smoothie a wasted choice.

Here is a great Green Smoothie that will get you on your way and ready for the day without all the extra-added sugars your body doesn't need! Drink this before or after your workout as a pre or post workout smoothie!

Your body is a temple, and should be treated as such.

Easy Green Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Kale

  • 1 cup of frozen Mango

  • 1 cup of Water

How To Make:

  • Place kale, frozen mango, and water in blender

  • Blend until ingredients are all mixed together.

  • Smoothie should be well incorporated and running smooth.

  • I use a Vitamix Blender and it works very well for blending smoothies.
